FAQs

Can we split up the hours?
Unfortunately, the hours must be continuous. This is the standard in the industry.

Will you sign a vendor agreement from our venue?
If your venue requires us to sign a vendor agreement or be added to our insurance policy, there will be a small fee of $25. An online invoice will be sent to you before we send any necessary documents to your venue.

Do you have backup gear?
Yes, we bring backup equipment to all events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How long is the engagement session?
Engagement sessions typically last one hour and can include multiple locations within that time frame.

How do we get everything delivered?
Your wedding films will be delivered digitally. We’ll send you a link to download your film for safekeeping on your computer, along with a Vimeo player link that you can share with others when you’re ready.

What is the extended film?
The extended film includes everything: pre-ceremony moments (bride/groom prep), the ceremony, and all the highlights from the reception.

What is your most popular package?
Our 10-hour package is the most frequently booked.

Will you mic up anyone for the film?
We prioritize high-quality audio, so we’ll use a small wireless mic on the groom or officiant. We’ll also set up two additional backup audio sources in case the wireless mic signal drops out. We ensure we capture the most important part of your day: your vows.

What time will you arrive on the wedding day?
We will arrive no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to unload our gear and set up. This time does not count against your total hours with us.

Do you provide lighting?
Yes, we have all the necessary lighting equipment. We typically only use it when needed, as natural light is always our first choice. We usually use lighting during the reception if it’s dark.

Can we provide a shot list?
Absolutely! Feel free to email us your shot list, and we’ll review it.

How many wedding photos will we receive?
The number of photos varies depending on the amount of time allocated for photos on the wedding day. We also reserve the right to release only those images that meet our professional standards. Any photos not up to our quality standards will be deleted.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.

What does 4K resolution mean?
4K resolution is four times the quality of 1080p HD, providing a sharper, clearer picture. It’s worth the extra $200 to add 4K resolution to your wedding film package.

How long is the highlight film?
Typically, the highlight film lasts as long as one song, aiming for an engaging and cinematic length.

Do you charge a travel fee?
No, we never charge for travel. We believe that weddings already come with enough expenses.

Can we get the raw footage from our wedding?
Yes, you will receive all raw, unedited footage as part of every package. You’ll get a link to view and download the footage, allowing you to see everything that wasn’t included in the final edit.

What is the turnaround time for editing?
Our promise is to deliver your wedding film between 30-90 days after your wedding date. During busy seasons, we may need more time, but most films are delivered within 30-60 days, which is typical in the industry. Some companies take up to a year, which we believe is unacceptable. If you need a faster turnaround, a nominal fee may apply.
